About CoWorQ

What does CoWorQ do?

CoWorQ maps, prices and runs the business processes that span people, divisions and systems. Its QRION platform runs each process as a governed workflow with a cost on every step, approval gates and an audit record.

Who is CoWorQ for?

Mid-market operations, finance and revenue operations leaders with a high-volume process that has hand-offs, approvals or exceptions across at least two systems or teams. QRION is designed to be the digital nervous system of any organization, in any industry.

Does CoWorQ replace our people?

No. CoWorQ amplifies teams: automation takes the high-volume routine, people keep the decisions that need judgment, and approval gates keep people in charge of the steps that matter.

Rigel

What is Rigel?

Rigel by CoWorQ is a guided discovery agent in QRION Studio. It runs a brainstorming session or a requirements conversation with you, then produces a shareable summary or a structured requirements document.

Does Rigel cost anything?

Rigel is free for brainstorming and requirements generation, within a limited usage quota. A live counter shows what each session costs in model usage.

Do I need a meeting to start?

No. Request access with your work email and run a Rigel session when it suits you.

Pricing and the first project

What does a first project cost?

A first automation starts with a one-time build from $5,000, scoped to what can be delivered in about four weeks. You then own it outright, or let CoWorQ run it from $300 a month plus usage. Restrictions apply: integrations with internal systems can take longer.

Is the 90-day payback guaranteed?

No. "Scoped to pay back in 90 days" describes how we choose the first project: one whose cost-side savings cover the build within 90 days. You see the model before you sign.

Is there free hosting?

The first 30 days of hosting are free on a first implementation. This is a limited-time offer, and restrictions apply.

Will CoWorQ build every project for us?

No. CoWorQ is a product-first company, and QRION is built so your own team can design, publish and maintain its workflows. We lead the first project, or the first few, working alongside your people, so they have the skills to take on the next ones themselves.

What is the design-partner program?

CoWorQ is opening limited slots to work with its next design partners on a governed automation of one high-value process. Any industry and any suitable workflow can apply. Slots open each month for the next three months; it is a limited-time offer, and restrictions apply.

QRION, QRION Studio and QRION Agents

What is QRION?

QRION (pronounced cue-Ryan) is CoWorQ’s workflow platform, the digital nervous system for your business. It runs a process as a deterministic graph across people and 400+ systems, with approvals, separation of duties and a complete record.

Do we have to replace our current systems or tools?

No. QRION connects to more than 400 business systems and runs the process on the systems you already use. Existing RPA and workflow tools can stay.

What is QRION Studio?

The design environment for QRION and the home of Rigel: teams turn ideas into requirements and requirements into draft workflows, with any OpenAI-compatible model.

What is QRION Agents?

Agent governance for QRION, in early access with design partners. Agents run as bounded steps inside QRION workflows, with capped authority, approval gates and a record of every action.

Where does QRION run?

CoWorQ can host and run your workflows, or you can run them in your own environment.

Governance and trust

Can we trust automated decisions?

Every automated step acts within set authority. A second approver can be required above a threshold, and every decision records why, under which policy version, and who approved it.

Does an AI model make the decisions?

Routine decisions run as transparent rules, with a reason code for every point of a score. Where an agent helps, it runs as a bounded step, and a person decides where the policy requires one.
