QRION · the digital nervous system for your business

Processes designed by the business. Governed by policy. Running on your systems.

Most processes still live in email, spreadsheets and people's heads. QRION turns them into governed workflows: priced step by step, approval-gated, recorded, and running on the systems you already use.

Transcript

Every business runs on processes. Most of them still live in email, spreadsheets, and people's heads. QRION turns them into governed workflows that run on the systems you already use.

Take wholesale onboarding. A distributor wants to buy on credit. Finance decides how much. Revenue operations sets the price and terms. Usually, that's days of back and forth and a decision nobody can reconstruct later.

It starts on QRION's agent platform. Agents help your team brainstorm the process and gather the requirements, asking the questions a specification left open.

Then they convert the plain language specification into a first draft of the workflow and check it before anyone builds a thing.

What comes out is built for business people, not only IT. Steps read in plain language, and a person's approval is simply a step of its own with agents in the loop coming next.

Bigger processes break into reusable sub flows like this one, which opens every account across three systems.

Every workflow belongs to an organization, a division, and a group, and a built in knowledge bank of proven flows means the next team starts from what already works.

Decisions can run on a business rules engine, version rule tables, with an impact check before change goes live.

And before you build anything, the ROI tool shows what a workflow is worth, time saved, running cost, and payback, so you invest where it counts.

Access is enterprise grade. Everyone signs in securely, and roles match how teams really work. A flow author designs, a process admin reviews and runs, and a viewer can look but never change.

QRION connects to more than 400 business systems. Shopify, Salesforce, and HubSpot are just the examples here, connected once with OAuth for the whole organization. QRION even subscribes to Shopify's events. So a new application starts the workflow on its own.

Now it runs for real. A distributor applies on the store. Seconds later, finance has a task with the risk score, the reasons, and the policy's recommendation already prepared.

Finance approves the credit and QRION checks that this manager is authorized for that amount.

Then a different person in revenue operations sets the terms without ever seeing the credit data. The separation of duties is enforced, not just hoped for.

Once both approve, the account appears in Shopify, Salesforce, and HubSpot in one run with no copying and no rekeying.

Every step is on a record, who decided under what authority and every right to every system. People are notified when it's their turn, and a failure opens a repair task instead of leaving a half finished account.

That's QRION. Your processes designed by the business, governed by policy, and running on the systems you already own.

What is QRION?

QRION (pronounced cue-Ryan) is CoWorQ's workflow platform, the digital nervous system for your business. It runs a business process as a deterministic graph across people and 400+ systems: every step has an owner, a cost and a record, approvals are enforced against each person's authority, and separation of duties is built in. The graph is the specification, so the process is documented before it runs.

Why another try at process

SOA and BPM made the right promise. They stalled for three reasons.

Service-oriented architecture and business process management promised to align technology with how the business runs. Generative AI can remove all three obstacles, if it works inside governed processes.

  • Over-engineered stacks

Heavy suites tried to handle every human step and every line of code in one platform. QRION keeps steps in plain language and connects to the tools you already run.

  • Business and IT drifted apart

The business could not read the code, and nobody kept a catalog of how processes actually run. In QRION, the workflow the business reviews is the workflow that runs.

  • Too little automation

Specifying and building each process took too long. Agents now draft workflows from a plain-language specification and check them before anyone builds.

How a QRION workflow runs

Wholesale onboarding, governed end to end

A distributor applies to buy on credit. Finance decides how much; revenue operations sets price and terms. Usually that is days of back and forth and a decision nobody can reconstruct later.

Capabilities

Built for the people who own the process

  • Steps in plain language

Workflows read like the process, not like code. A person’s approval is simply a step of its own.

  • ROI on every workflow

Time saved, running cost and payback, before you build anything.

    Learn more
  • Business rules engine

Versioned rule tables, with an impact check before a change goes live.

  • Authority and separation of duties

Approval limits per person and per transaction; the second approver cannot be the first.

  • Reusable sub-flows

Break big processes into proven pieces. A knowledge bank of flows means the next team starts ahead.

  • Roles that match how teams work

Every workflow belongs to an organization, division and group. Flow authors design, process admins review and run, viewers look.

  • 400+ systems

Connected once with OAuth for the whole organization, with event subscriptions that start runs.

  • A complete record

Who decided, under which authority and policy version, and every write to every system.

  • Repair, not half-done work

A failed step opens a repair task, so nothing is left in a half-finished state.

Rules, not model calls

Cheaper by design at volume

At 400,000 orders a year, calling a reasoning model on every order is a real operating cost and a latency problem. QRION evaluates routine policy as a weighted sum, and uses model inference only where it is genuinely needed. The gap widens with scale.

Questions

About QRION

How do you say QRION?

Cue-Ryan. It is always written in capitals.

Does QRION replace our RPA or workflow tools?

No. QRION maps the process above your current tools and connects to more than 400 systems. Keep what works; QRION gives you one governed view of how the process runs and orchestrates the steps.

Is QRION an AI agent platform?

QRION is a workflow platform. Most decisions run as rules, which keeps each run cheap and explainable. Agents help design workflows today, and agent steps inside running workflows are being introduced as bounded, approval-gated nodes.

Where does QRION run?

CoWorQ can host and run your workflows, or you can run them in your own environment. Either way, systems are connected once for the whole organization.

Who builds the workflows?

Your own teams. QRION is built so the business can design, publish and maintain its workflows: steps read in plain language so process owners can review them, a flow author designs, a process admin reviews and runs, and viewers can look but never change. CoWorQ leads the first project, or the first few, so your people have the skills to carry on.

What does it cost to start?

A first automation starts with a one-time build from $5,000, scoped to what can be delivered in about four weeks. Restrictions apply; see the 90-day ROI project page for terms.
