Let me walk you through exactly what working with us looks like, from your first idea to a working automation in about four weeks.

It starts with you. You choose one workflow a single, high value task that's quietly eating your team's time every week. Then we shape it together. We send you a link and our AI agent walks you through a short, guided conversation. No long discovery, no consultants camped in a conference room.

Out comes a clear set of requirements. From there we build. Your automation made to those exact requirements, usually in about four weeks. When it's ready, you see it work. We stand it up in a live environment, so you can put your hands on it and watch it run against real scenarios.

And then you go live. This is the moment you choose. Own the automation outright or let us run it for you.

Whichever way you go, every automation starts the same, with a one time five thousand dollars build. After that, the choice is yours.

Option A. Own it. Once it's built, it's yours.

A perpetual license, running in your own environment, with nothing more to pay. No monthly fees, no support contract. That's the trade that keeps it simple.

Or Option B Let us run it. We host it, run it, and keep an eye on it for you. Backed by a ninety nine point five percent uptime commitment for three hundred a month plus usage on a two year term. And if you ever want to bring it in house, you can convert to ownership anytime.

If you'd rather we handle the running, you can add support whenever you need it. Three simple tiers.

Bronze at five hundred a month covers the essentials with next business day response.

Silver at a thousand tightens that to four business hours.

And gold at fifteen hundred gives you one hour response around the clock for anything critical.

But honestly, this first automation is just the beginning. It's your introduction to what an agent native company feels like.

When you're ready to go further, we'll map out a phased rollout across your whole organization, a separate step entirely on your terms. Either way, the automation is yours to keep.

One workflow, four weeks, real results. Let's find your first one.

What is CoWorQ's 90-day ROI project?

It is a fixed-scope first automation of one high-value workflow. You shape the requirements with CoWorQ's agent, CoWorQ builds the automation in about four weeks, and you see it run against real scenarios before go-live. The workflow is chosen so its cost-side savings cover the build within 90 days. Builds start at $5,000, and you can own the result or have CoWorQ run it.

  • Gold

    $1,500 / month

How we pick a 90-day project

A selection rule, not a sales promise

  • Cost side first. The business case counts only cost-side levers: hours released, rework avoided, tools retired. Revenue upside is shown separately.
  • The floor has to clear the build. We propose a first project only when that floor covers the build within 90 days.
  • You see it first. The cost-per-step model is yours to check before anything is signed. See the ROI method.
  • Plain about what comes next. Later projects usually take longer than the first, and we say so in the proposal.

Questions

About the first project

What does the $5,000 build cover?

The build price is set to limit the scope to what can be delivered in four weeks, and CoWorQ determines what can be achieved in that time. Integrations with your internal systems can take longer, depending on your internal processes. Restrictions apply.

Is it four weeks or 90 days?

Both, measuring different things. The build usually takes about four weeks. The 90 days is the payback window: we choose a first workflow whose cost-side savings cover the build within 90 days.

Is the payback guaranteed?

No. "Scoped to pay back in 90 days" describes how the first project is chosen, using a conservative cost-side floor you see before you sign. It is not a warranty.

Who owns the automation?

You decide at go-live. Own it outright with a perpetual license in your own environment, or let us host and run it. If we run it, you can convert to ownership at any time.

Do we have to replace our current tools?

No. QRION connects to more than 400 business systems and runs the process on the systems you already use.

What happens after the first project?

If you want to go further, we map a phased rollout across the organization as a separate step, on your terms, with your team taking on more of the building as it goes. Later projects usually take longer than the first, and we say so in the proposal.

Will CoWorQ build every project for us?

No. CoWorQ is a product-first company, and QRION is built so your own team can design, publish and maintain its workflows. We lead the first project, or the first few, working alongside your people, so they have the skills to take on the next ones themselves.

One workflow. Four weeks. Real results.
