This policy explains how CoWorQ LLC (“CoWorQ”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit co-worq.com (the “website”). QRION Studio and Rigel, at studio.co-worq.com, have their own terms and privacy notice, which apply when you use them. ## 1\. Information we collect **Information you give us.** When you fill in a form on the website, such as the contact, design-partner or early-access forms, we collect your name, work email, company, role (if you provide it), and anything you write in the message. **Usage data.** Our hosting provider records technical data that every web request carries, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. With your consent, our analytics also record how you use the website: pages viewed, buttons and links clicked, videos played, and use of the ROI calculator. **Campaign information.** If you arrive from a link that carries campaign tags (for example, from an email or a LinkedIn post), we note the campaign, source and the page you first landed on. We attach this to any form you submit, so we know which campaigns are useful. ## 2\. Cookies and similar technologies When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Data retention We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our relationship, then delete or anonymize it. Analytics event data is kept for up to 14 months. ## 6\. Data security We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. ## 7\.
